Product Overview

Reishi Mushroom, known as Ling Zhi, is a time-honored botanical deeply rooted in traditional East Asian herbal culture.

This red sliced form is a classic preparation commonly used in slow-simmered teas, decoctions, and traditional herbal blends. The thin slices provide a woody, earthy aroma and make it easier to simmer in traditional preparations.

Our ND Grade Reishi is naturally cultivated, sliced, and low-temperature dried to maintain its structure, color, and traditional characteristics — offering a clean, food-grade botanical suitable for simmered herbal use.

How to Use

Tea & Decoction

  • Simmer 6–12 g in 500–700 ml of water for 25–40 minutes.

  • Often paired with botanicals such as Red Dates or Goji Berry in traditional herbal tea recipes.

Soups & Broths

  • Add a few slices to soups, congee, or slow-cooked broths for a deep, earthy herbal note.

Culinary & Traditional Blends

  • Commonly included in classic family-style simmered herbal recipes and seasonal brews.

Intended Use & Preparation

  • Not for direct consumption in dry form.

  • To be prepared and consumed as tea, decoction, or soup.
