Product Overview

Lion’s Mane Mushroom, known as Hou Tou Gu, is a cherished ingredient in East Asian culinary and herbal traditions.

It is widely enjoyed for its naturally soft, fibrous texture and delicate, seafood-like flavor, making it a popular addition to soups, broths, and vegetarian cooking.

Our Certified Organic Lion’s Mane is grown without pesticides or chemical additives and dried at low temperatures to preserve its aroma, structure, and culinary quality.

This premium, food-grade mushroom is suitable for traditional recipes, teas, decoctions, or modern plant-based dishes.

How to Use

  • Soups & Broths

Soak dried Lion’s Mane for 30–60 minutes, then simmer gently in soups, congee, or broths.

Often combined with ingredients such as red dates, goji berries, or Chinese yam in traditional cooking.

  • Culinary Use

Rehydrate pieces and sauté, stew, or pan-fry.

Its tender texture makes it a popular plant-based substitute in vegetarian dishes.

  • Tea or Decoction

Steep 2–3 small pieces in hot water or simmer gently for a warm, comforting herbal infusion.

Intended Use & Preparation

  • Not for direct consumption in dry form.
